Bull Moose CRM is an internal recruiting tool. The Bull Moose CRM Chrome extension adds a sidebar to LinkedIn that lets recruiters view and manage candidate information directly from LinkedIn profiles. This policy describes what data the extension collects and how it is used.
When a user visits a LinkedIn profile, the extension reads publicly visible profile information from the page: name, headline, company, location, and profile URL. This data is collected only when the user is actively viewing a LinkedIn profile and the extension sidebar is open.
Collected profile data is sent to the Bull Moose CRM backend server to display existing candidate records and to allow recruiters to add new candidates to their pipeline. Data is used solely for internal recruiting operations.
No candidate data is stored in the browser. The extension stores only user preferences locally (such as the auto-open sidebar setting and the CRM server URL). All candidate data is stored on the Bull Moose CRM server.
No data is shared with third parties. All data is sent only to the Bull Moose CRM backend server operated by the Bull Moose team.
The extension uses existing session cookies from the Bull Moose CRM web application for authentication. No passwords or tokens are stored by the extension.
